ДАМЫҒАН ЕЛДЕРДЕГІ АУЫЛДЫҚ МЕДИЦИНАНЫ ДАМЫТУ ТӘЖІРИБЕСІ: ӘДЕБИ ШОЛУ
Кіріспе. Қазақстан Республикасының Денсаулық сақтау саласын дамытудың 2020-2025 жылдарға арналған мемлекеттік бағдарламасына сәйкес қалаларда дәрігерлермен қамтамасыз ету 10 мың тұрғынға 56,8, ал ауылдық жерлерде 10 мың тұрғынға 16,1 құрайды. Елдегі барлық дәрігерлердің 83 %-ы қалалық жерлерде және тек 17% ауылдық жерлерде жұмыс істейді. Кадр ресурстарымен қамтамасыз ету проблемасы өзекті болып қала береді және толық шешілмейді. Осы мақсатта біз әлемнің басқа елдерінде бұл мәселенің қалай шешіліп жатқанын жақсы түсіну үшін қол жетімді дереккөздерге әдеби шолу жасадық. Зерттеу мақсаты: әлемнің дамыған елдерінде ауылдық медицинаны дамыту тәжірибесін зерттеу. Іздеу стратегиясы. PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Scopus сияқты ғылыми жарияланымдардың және мамандандырылған іздеу жүйелерінің деректер базасын пайдалана отырып, 30 жыл ішінде көпшілікке қолжетімді, тереңдіктегі мақалалар зерделенді. Ақпараттық іздеу келесі кілт сөздер бойынша жүргізілді: ауылдық медицина, телемедицина, COVID-19. Іріктеу критерийлері: А, В дәлелділік деңгейінің жарияланымдары: мета-талдаулар, жүйелі шолулар, когорттық және көлденең зерттеулер. Ерекшелік критерийлері: қысқа хабарламалар, жарнамалық мақалалар түріндегі сарапшылардың пікірі. Нәтижелері. Ауылдық медицинаны дамытудың халықаралық және отандық тәжірибесін талдау кадрлардың, оның ішінде ауылдық жерлерде отбасылық дәрігерлердің жетіспейтіндігін атап өтті. Жұмыс орнында тәлімгерлік және білім беру процесін ұйымдастыру ауылдық деңгейдегі маманның кәсіби дамуында маңызды рөл атқарады. Қашықтықтан медицина элементтері бар алғашқы медициналық-санитарлық көмекті дұрыс ұйымдастыру денсаулық сақтауға жұмсалатын шығындарды азайтады және халықтың денсаулық көрсеткіштерін жақсартады. Қорытынды. Цифрландыру дәуірінде ауылдық жерлерде отбасылық медицинаны дамыту ауылдағы әрбір медициналық мекеме қамтамасыз етуге тиіс заманауи технологияларды пайдалану есебінен қосымша серпін алуы мүмкін.
