ЭСТЕТИКАЛЫҚ ЖОҒАРҒЫ БЛЕФАРОПЛАСТИКАНЫ ЖҮРГІЗУ КЕЗІНДЕГІ АЗИАТТАРДЫҢ ЖОҒАРҒЫ ҚАБАҚТАР ҚҰРЫЛЫМЫНЫҢ АНАТОМИЯЛЫҚ ЕРЕКШЕЛІКТЕРІ. ӘДЕБИЕТТІК ШОЛУ

Өзектілігі. Соңғы уақытта Қазақстанда эстетикалық операциялардың саны күннен-күнге өсуде. Әйелдердің көбісі жоғарғы қабақтың аймағын жасартуды мақсаттайды. ҚР-да орындалатын эстетикалық операциялардың жартысынан көбі Қазақстандағы сұранысқа ие операциялардың бірі болып табылатын эстетикалық жоғарғы блефаропластикаға (классикалық, еуропаландырылатын) жатады. Қазақстан Азия мен Еуропаның тоғысында орналасқандықтан, қазіргі тұрғындары антропологиялық тұрғыдан европеоидтік және монғолоидтік нәсілдердің айқын аралас ерекшеліктеріне ие. Біз талқыланатын тақырыпқа арналған отандық клиникалық зерттеулерді таба алмадық. Бұл мәселе осы сұрақты терең зерттеуге негіз болды. Жұмыстың мақсаты - осы аумақта тұратын адамдардың анатомиялық ерекшеліктерін ескере отырып, Қазақстандағы эстетикалық жоғарғы блефаропластикадан кейінгі нәтижелерді жақсарту туралы соңғы 20 жылдағы әдеби деректерге шолу жасау. Жарияланымдарды іздеу стратегиясы зерттеу тақырыбы бойынша e-Library, Pubmed, Web of Science, Scopus электрондық кітапханасының деректер базасында индекстелетін әдеби көздерді іздеуді қамтыды. Шолуды құрастыру үшін біз соңғы 20 жылдағы, 2001 жылдан 2021 жылға дейінгі басылымдарды зерттедік (алайда, сәйкесінше 1952, 1970, 1963, 1992, 1980, 1956, 1989, 1991 жылдары шығарылған 8 мақала бар), түпнұсқа – ағылшын және орыс тілдерінде. Барлығы 89 басылым талданды, оның ішінде 45 мақала зерттеу мақсаттарына сәйкес келді. Нәтижелері: "Азиялықтар" термині әдетте Азия құрлығының байырғы тұрғындары немесе Азиядан шыққан адамдарға қатысты қолданылады. Алайда, Азияда әр-түрлі этникалық топтар мен нәсілдер түрлі морфологиялық бет-пішінмен өмір сүретінін атап өткен жөн. Үндістаннан келген азиялықтар, Жапониядан немесе Таиландтан келген азиялықтар бір-бірінен айтарлықтай ерекшеленеді. Біз мұқият іздестіру барысында қазіргі Қазақстан аумағында тұратын адамдарға тән Еуроазиялық типтегі адамдар үшін жоғары блефаропластикаға қатысты қандай да бір халықаралық немесе отандық клиникалық зерттеулерді таба алмадық. Бұл тақырыпты терең зерттеу эстетикалық жоғарғы блефаропластика операциялары жүргізілген пациенттерді периоперациялық басқаруды жақсартуға сөзсіз ықпал етеді.
