EASYCARE STANDARD 2010 САУАЛНАМАСЫН ӘЛЕМДІК ГЕРИАТРИЯЛЫҚ ТӘЖІРИБЕДЕ ҚОЛДАНУ. ӘДЕБИ ШОЛУ
Кіріспе: ұзақ мерзімді денсаулық сақтау және әлеуметтік көмек менеджментімен бірге кешенді гериатриялық бағалауды (КГБ)жүргізу қарт адамдардың өмір сүру сапасын жақсарта алады. EASYCare Standard 2010 құралы-бұл КГБ-ның физикалық, ақыл-ой және әлеуметтік жұмыс істеуін, сондай-ақ егде жастағы адамдардың алғашқы медициналық-санитарлық көмек денгейінде медициналық және әлеуметтік қажеттіліктерін бағалауға арналған құрал.
Зерттеу мақсаты: EASYCare Standard 2010-ның сенімділігі, жарамдылығы, қолайлылығы туралы дәлелдерді және оның түрлі елдерде қарт адамдардың қажеттіліктерін бағалауға жарамдылығын талдадық.
Әдістер: PubMed, PsycINFO, Ovid Embase, Cochrane деректер базасынан әдебиеттердің алдын ала анықталған іздеу салу сөздерін пайдалана отырып, ағылшын тілінде іздеу, оның сенімділігі, дұрыстығы, қолайлылығы және EASY-Care-нің алғашқы медициналық-санитарлық көмек деңгейінде енгізілуі туралы хабарлайтын мақалалар бағалауға ұшырады.
Нәтижелер: он екі мақала енгізу критерийлеріне сәйкес келіп, мәліметтер алынды. Сипаттамалық синтез жүргізілді, өйткені көптеген сандық және сапалық нәтижелер мен сипаттамалар болды. EASYCare Standard 2010-тың сенімділігінің дәлелі, жарамдылық туралы дәлелдер жақсы және олар халықаралық жағдайда егде жастағы адамдар мен медициналық қызметкерлердің көптеген жағымды көзқарастары айтылған.
