МЕДИЦИНАЛЫҚ ҚЫЗМЕТКЕРЛЕР ЖӘНЕ НАУҚАСТАР АРАСЫНДАҒЫ ГЕНЕРИК ДӘРІЛІК ЗАТТАР ТУРАЛЫ ЖАЛПЫ АҚПАРАТ: ӘДЕБИЕТТЕРГЕ ШОЛУ
Өзектілігі: Қазіргі әлемде дәрі - дәрмектернің бағасы өте жоғары. Денсаулық сақтау шығындарын төмендетуге бағытталған шаралардың бірі - генериктерді қолдану. Түпнұсқалық/анықтамалық/патенттелген дәрілік препаратты қайта өндірілген дәрілік препаратпен ауыстыру көптеген елдерде тәжірибеге енеді және бюджетті тиімді жұмсауға мүмкіндік береді, сонымен қатар халықтың әр түрлі топтарының дәрі-дәрмектерге қол жетімділікті жақсартады. Алайда медициналық қызметкерлердің хабардар еместігі және генериктерді тағайындауға құлықсыздығы қайта өндірілген дәрілік препараттарды ұтымды пайдалануға кері әсер етуі мүмкін. Мақсаты: медициналық қызметкерлер және науқастар арасындағы генерик дәрілік заттар туралы әдебиеттің талдау жасау. Іздеу стратегиясы: PubMed, Cochrane Library, GoogleScholar, іздеу жүйелерінен, eLibrary.ru, CyberLeninka электрондық ғылыми кітапханасынан ғылыми жарияланымдарды іздеу. Қосу критерийлері: қазақстандық авторлардың жарияланымдары, сонымен қатар жақын және алыс шетел ғалымдарының еңбектері; іздеу тереңдігі 10 жылды құрады (2010-2020 жж.). Зерттеу негізгі сөздерді іздеу арқылы жүргізілді: генерик, хабардарлық, сауалнама, рецептті ауыстыру. Көлденең зерттеулердің нәтижелері және жүйелі шолулар нәтижелерін қамтиды. 1200-дан астам жарияланымдар талданды, 59 мақала талдауға енгізілді. Нәтижелер: денсаулық сақтау қызметкерлері мен пациенттер арасында генерик дәрілік заттар туралы ақпарат қанағаттанарлықсыз болып қалады. Қорытынды: генерик дәрілік заттар туралы халықтың хабардарлығын арттыру үшін тиісті шаралар қабылдануы керек. Бұл көптеген факторларға байланысты, олардың ішінде негізгісі - дәрігерлердің биоэквиваленттілік ұғымы туралы білімінің төмендігі, сонымен қатар препараттың тиімділігіне, қауіпсіздігіне және төзімділігіне күмән.
