ҚАН АЙНАЛЫМЫ ЖҮЙЕСІ АУРУЛАРЫНЫҢ АЛДЫН АЛУ ЖӨНІНДЕГІ ІС-ШАРАЛАРДЫ ЖҮРГІЗУДЕГІ ХАЛҚАРАЛЫҚ ЕЛДЕРДІҢ ТӘЖІРИБЕСІ. ӘДЕБИЕТКЕ ШОЛУ.
Кіріспе. Бүкіл әлемде өлімнің басты себебі-қан айналымы жүйесінің аурулары (ЖҚА) және сол себептен болған өлімнің 80% - дан астамын алдын-алу шараларын қолдану арқылы болдырмауға болады. Бұл әдебиетке шолу қан айналымы жүйесінің ауруларын алдын-алуды ұйымдастырудағы шет елдердің тәжірибесін зерттеуге арналған.
Мақсаты. Қан айналымы жүйесінің ауруларыналдын алу жөніндегі іс-шараларды ұйымдастырудағы халқаралық елдердің тәжірибесін зерттеу.
Зерттеу стратегиясы. Әдебиеттерді іздеу PubMed, Google Scholar, Medline, Cyberleninka дерекқорларын және eLibrary электрондық кітапханасын пайдалана отырып, 1970 жылдан 2020 жылға дейін кілт сөздер бойынша (қан айналымы жүйесінің аурулары, алдын алу, профилактикалық іс-шаралар) жүзеге асырылды, өйткені осы уақыт аралығында көптеген шет елдер ЖҚА-дан болатын өлімнің төмендеуіне қол жеткізді. 1970 жылдан 2020 жылға дейін жүргізілген ЖҚА-ның алдын алу бойынша 50-ден астам қоғамдық бағдарламалар табылды. 50 бағдарламының ішіннен талдау үшін осы уақыт аралығында жүргізілген көптеген зерттеулердің нәтижелері бойынша ең тиімді 10-ы ғана таңдалды. Кейінгі талдау үшін ҚЖА-дан болатын өлім-жітімді 50% - дан астам төмендеуіне қол жеткізген 10 елдің бағдарламалары іріктеліп алынды.
Нәтижелері. Осылайша, барлық зерттелген елдердің бағдарламалары радио, теледидар және баспа материалдарының үйлесімін қолдана отырып, жүрек денсаулығы туралы хабарларды тарату үшін бұқаралық ақпарат құралдарына негізделген тәсілді қамтыды. Көптеген бағдарламаларға скринингтік араласу, жеке және топтық кеңес беру кірді. Денсаулық сақтау департаменттері, жергілікті денсаулық сақтау комитеттері, ерікті ұйымдар және қоғамдастық еріктілері бағдарламаны жүзеге асыруда маңызды рөл атқарды және әртүрлі жағдайларда, соның ішінде жұмыс орындары мен мектептерде араласу жүргізілді.
Қортынды. Жоғарыда аталғандарды негізге ала отырып, ҚЖА-ның алдын алуға бағытталған мынадай тиімді іс-шараларды енгізудің арқасында 10 ел ҚЖА-дан болатын өлім-жітімді 50% - ға және одан да көп пайызға төмендетуге қол жеткізді:
-Медицина қызметкерлеріне,диетологтарға, асхана менеджерлеріне, оқытушыларға ЖҚА алдын алу туралы дәрістер өткізу;
-Бағдарламалар, конкурстар ұйымдастыру арқылы халық арасында дене белсенділігін насихаттау;
-Адамдарға дұрыс тамақтану, азық-түлік дүкендері мен супермаркеттердегі өнімдердің зияны мен пайдасы туралы кеңес беру;
- Тұз, май және қант мөлшері жоғары өнімдерді таңбалау;
- Темекі шегудің зияны, дұрыс тамақтану, салауатты өмір салтын ұстану туралы хабарламалар тарату үшін радио, теледидар және баспа материалдарының тіркесімін қолдана отырып, бұқаралық ақпарат құралдарына негізделген тәсілді қолдану;
- Жүргізілген алдын алу іс-шараларының нәтижелеріне бағалау жүргізу.
