Өзектілігі: тоқпан жіліктің проксимальды бөлігінің сынықтары көп жағдайда күрделі жарақат болып табылады, көптеген сүйек фрагменттеріне бөліну, айналмалы бұлшықеттердің тартылуына байланысты әртүрлі бағыттағы ығысу, тоқпан жілік басының сыну-шығуы жиі байқалады.
