АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ ПЕРВИЧНОЙ МЕДИКО-САНИТАРНОЙ ПОМОЩИ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Актуальность. Первичная медико-санитарная помощь характеризуется как интегрированные, доступные медицинские услуги, которые отвечают за удовлетворение подавляющего большинства индивидуальных потребностей здравоохранения, установление стабильного партнерства с пациентами и практику в условиях семьи и сообщества. Эти и другие основные определения первичной медико-санитарной помощи не определяют тип врача, а относятся к совокупности основных функций, которые оказывают первичную медико-санитарную помощь в системе здравоохранения, а именно: доступность, преемственность, универсальность и совместимость. Законодательная реформа, технологическая эволюция, изменение общественных ожиданий и изменение давления на расходы стали основой для ускорения изменений в системе здравоохранения. Совершенствование первичной медико-санитарной помощи - требует четкого подхода и глубоких изменений. Цель. Провести анализ данных литературы по совершенствованию первичной медико-санитарной помощи за рубежом. Стратегия поиска. В исследовании изучены полнотекстовые публикации на английском и русском языках, которые посвящены совершенствованию первичной медико-санитарной помощи в зарубежных странах. В процессе поиска литературы использованы следующие поисковые системы: Pubmed, Web of science, Cyberleninka, Google Scholar по ключевым словам. Временной период был обозначен 2012-2022 годами. По данной теме выявлено 1290 публикаций. Из них цели нашего исследования соответствовало 41 публикаций. Критерии включения: Публикации уровня доказательности А, В: мета-анализы, систематические обзоры, когортные и поперечные исследования. Критерии исключения: краткие отчеты, газетные статьи и личные сообщения. Результаты и выводы. Совершенствование первичной медико-санитарной помощи должно основываться на принципе,что все люди должны получать первичную медико-санитарную помощь в справедливом, доступном виде. Бригада первичной медико-санитарной помощи - это первая точка контакта пациента с системой здравоохранения, которая поддерживается долгосрочными отношениями, обеспечивающими непрерывность, и направлена на оказание активной медицинской помощи человеку (а не болезни).
