ІШ АСУЫНЫҢ ЗАРАҚАТЫНДАҒЫ ДИАГНОСТИКАЛЫҚ ЖӘНЕ ЕМДЕУ ЛАПАРОСКОПИЯСЫ. ӘДЕБИЕТТЕРДІ ШОЛУ.
Кіріспе. Пациенттерде іштің жарақаттары өлімге әкелетін ауыр асқынулармен байланысты. Бүкіл әлемде ену жарақатының жиілігі айтарлықтай өзгереді. Сол сияқты, жарақат алған науқастардағы лапароскопияны қолданудың әлемдік тәжірибесі әртүрлі. Зерттеушілер лапароскопияның абдоминальды жарақаты бар науқастарда маңызды рөл атқаратынын дәлелдеді.
Мақсат. Іштің жарақаттары кезіндегі диагностикалық және емдік лапароскопия туралы қазіргі ақпаратты көрсететін әдебиеттерді талдау.
Іздеу стратегиясы. Бұл зерттеуге PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection сияқты ең сәйкес дерекқорлардан талдау үшін алынған, жақсырақ ағылшын тіліндегі жарияланымдар қамтылды. Негізгі сұрақтарға келесі терминдер кірді: диагностикалық лапароскопия, терапевтік лапароскопия, абдоминальды жарақатқа арналған диагностикалық лапароскопия, абдоминальды жарақатқа арналған терапевтік лапароскопия, содан кейін абдоминальды жарақатқа тәсілдер және абдоминальды жарақатқа арналған лапаротомия мен лапароскопиялық хирургияны салыстыру.
