Өзектілігі: Mедициналық қателіктер немесе оқиғалар әлемдік денсаулық сақтаудағы маңызды мәселе болып табылады. Бұл қателіктер диагностикалық шараларды қоса алғанда, мейіргерлердің кез келген кезеңінде пайда болуы мүмкін.
