В статье представлены принципы донозологической диагностики социально значимых болезней системы кровообращения на основе определения полиморфизма генов-кандидатов, определяющих уровень артериального давления, обмен гомоцистеина и метаболизм липидов. Исследование позволило установить высокую корреляци-онную связь гетерозиготных нарушений в отношении гена-кандидата AGT, предполагающую высокую степень наследования сосудистой патологии экспонированных радиацией родителей их потомками.
