Актуальность: Переломы надколенника являются одной из наименее разработанных проблем в современной травматологии и ортопедии. Несмотря на кажущуюся простоту принципов их лечения, сохраняются осложнения и неблагоприятные результаты. Использование чрескостного остеосинтеза представляется адекватным вариантом лечения.
Цель исследования: Совершенствование способа чрескостного остеосинтеза при переломах надколенника и оценка результатов его применения.
