Целью данного исследования является выявление связи полиморфизма гена ИЛ10-1082 GA (rs1800896) с заболеванием рожей у лиц казахской национальности.
Материалы и методы: Полиморфизм гена ИЛ10-1082 GA изучен у 206 больных рожей и 422 лиц контрольной группы. Из них у 143 больных первичной рожей и 63 больных рецидиврующей рожей. Описан алгоритм расчета данных критериев с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica 10 и SPSS 20 и представлена интерпретация результатов расчетов.
