ПОЛИМОРФИЗМ ГЕНА ИЛ10 В ПОЛОЖЕНИИ -1082G/A У БОЛЬНЫХ РОЖЕЙ
Целью данного исследования является выявление связи полиморфизма гена ИЛ10-1082 GA (rs1800896) с заболеванием рожей у лиц казахской национальности.
Материалы и методы: Полиморфизм гена ИЛ10-1082 GA изучен у 206 больных рожей и 422 лиц контрольной группы. Из них у 143 больных первичной рожей и 63 больных рецидиврующей рожей. Для генотипирования были выделены геномная ДНК из крови. Генотипирование проводили методом полимеразной цепной реакции в режиме реал-тайм. В настоящей работе представлены общие сведения об использовании парного критерия Стьюдента, непараметрического критерия Вилкоксона и критерия знаков для сравнения количественных признаков парных выборок. Описан алгоритм расчета данных критериев с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica 10 и SPSS 20 и представлена интерпретация результатов расчетов. Настоящая статья призвана дать общие сведения об использовании парного критерия Стьюдента, парного критерия Вилкоксона и критерия знаков, и не заменяет прочтения специализированной литературы по статистике и клинической эпидемиологии.
