Background: Human thyroid gland is generally regarded as a relatively low-risk organ in terms of developing radiation-induced tumorigenesis. However, a rapid increase in the incidents of thyroid cancer after the Chernobyl nuclear reactor accident in 1986 provided additional insight into the risk of thyroid cancer. СРАВНЕНИЕ КОЛИЧЕСТВЕННЫХ ДАННЫХ ДВУХ ПАРНЫХ ВЫБОРОК С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ПРОГРАММНОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ STATISTICA И SPSS: ПАРАМЕТРИЧЕСКИЕ И НЕПАРАМЕТРИЧЕСКИЕ КРИТЕРИИ
В настоящей работе представлены общие сведения об использовании парного критерия Стьюдента, непараметрического критерия Вилкоксона и критерия знаков для сравнения количественных признаков парных выборок. Описан алгоритм расчета данных критериев с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica 10 и SPSS 20 и представлена интерпретация результатов расчетов. Настоящая статья призвана дать общие сведения об использовании парного критерия Стьюдента, парного критерия Вилкоксона и критерия знаков, и не заменяет прочтения специализированной литературы по статистике и клинической эпидемиологии.
