ОТДАЛЕНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ МАЛОЙ ДОЗЫ ГАММА-ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ. ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ
В отдаленном периоде после действия малой дозы гамма-излучения на фоне лимфоцитоза регистрируется снижение количества субпопуляции Т-лимфоцитов с хелперной и увеличение Т-лимфоцитов с супрессорной ак-тивностью, повышается функция неспецифического фагоцитарного звена иммунитета. Недостаточность функции гуморального звена иммунитета проявляется в повышении количества В-лимфоцитов, антителооб-разующей способности селезенки и низкой концентрации ЦИК в сыворотке крови.

В эксперименте выявлено, что в отдаленном периоде после действия сублетальной дозы гамма-излучения отмечается повышение субпопуляций Т-лимфоцитов с хелперной активностью и понижение Т-лимфоцитов с су-прессорной активностью. Восстанавливается функциональная способность в клеточном звене иммунитета, повышаются функциональные способности неспецифического фагоцитарного звена иммунитета, и проявляется недостаточность в гуморальном звене иммунитета.
