СЛУЧАЙ ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗА ГОРТАНИ У ВИЧ-ИНФИЦИРОВАННОГО
Описан редкий случай туберкулезного поражения гортани у больного с ВИЧ-инфекцией в стадии СПИДа на фоне распространенного туберкулеза, имел место туберкулез гортани, установленный при жизни и подтвержденный дан-ными посмертного патолого-анатомического исследования.

В рамках данной публикации освещаются вопросы подхода к дифференциальной диагностике синдрома лимфаденопатии (ЛА) с демонстрацией клинического случая. Синдрому ЛА не всегда уделяется достаточно серьезное внимание, несмотря на то, что она часто может быть клиническим проявлением серьезных и даже фатальных нозологий. В таких клинических ситуациях необходимо соблюдать основные рекомендации по ведению больных с ЛА.

НОВЫЙ СПОСОБ ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗА ПЕРЕЛОМОВ ДЛИННЫХ ТРУБЧАТЫХ КОСТЕЙ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ
Выполнение обычного оперативного приема остеосинтеза переломов длинных трубчатых костей на обескров-ленном сегменте путем удержания конечности в приподнятом состоянии в течение 4-5 минут с одновременным при-жатием магистральной артерии и наложением жгута максимально снижают интраоперационную кровопотерю, снижают количество и объем переливаемой крови до и после операции или исключают ее, тем самым резко сокращается частота различного рода осложнений, связанных с переливанием крови.

ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЙ ОПЫТ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ ДИСТАЛЬНОГО И ПРОКСИМАЛЬНОГО МЕТАДИАФИЗОВ БОЛЬШЕБЕРЦОВОЙ КОСТИ МЕТОДОМ БЛОКИРУЮЩЕГО ИНТРАМЕДУЛЛЯРНОГО ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗА
В статье приводятся результаты лечения 23 пациентов с переломами проксимального и дистального метадиафиза большеберцовой кости, которым выполнялся блокирующий интрамедуллярный остеосинтез. У всех получен положительный клинический эффект.
