ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИМУНОФАНА В ЛЕЧЕНИИ УРОГЕНИТАЛЬНОГО ХЛАМИДИОЗА
В ходе исследования была выявлена клинико-иммунологическая эффективность имунофана у больных хламидиозом в сравнении с группой, получавшей только базисную терапию, которая подтверждалась улучшением иммунологических показателей: увеличением абсолютного числа лимфоцитов, СD-4 и СD-8 лимфоцитов, показателей фагоцитоза и фагоцитарного числа. Сделан вывод о необходимости включения иммуномодулятора имунофана в комплексное лечение хронического урогенитального хламидиоза

В работе проведено статистическое исследование распространенности урогенитального хламидиоза и показано влияние экологического фактора на изменения состояния иммунологической резистентность у беременных женщин, в Семейском регионе в сравнении с литературными данными по г. Изучено иммунокоррегирующее влияние препарата имунофан в лечение больных с урогенитальным хламиди-озом. В ходе исследования было выявлено, что имунофан стимулирует систему фагоцитоза и клеточного им-мунитета у больных урогенитальным хламидиозом.
