THE CASE OF BACILLARY ANGIOMATOSIS IN PATIENT WITH AIDS
The case of fatal bacillary angiomatosis on the background of immunodeficiency in patient with AIDS is observed. Authors suggest that atypical clinical symptoms and adverse course of the disease in the absence of adequate causal treatment are sufficient for inclusion of bartonelloses in the diagnostic monitoring scheme for patients with immunodeficiency disorders in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Органолептические свойства грунтовых вод поселка «Водный», «Восход» – температура, прозрачность, цвет, запах, осадочный и химический состав – рН, сухие остатки, ионы НСО3,-, Сl-, SO2-4, Са2+, Мg2+, Ғе3+, рассмотрены опираясь на теоретические сведения и проведенные опыты. На основе лабораторного титрования, используя ана-литические, фотометрические методы, определялись 10 проб анализов десяти объектов из каждого поселка.

В сравнительном аспекте изучены две группы обследованных – 98 женщин, больных раком молочной железы на этапах адъювантной полихимиотерапии: первую составили 26 пациенток, которые использовали обычные для себя средства гигиены для полости рта; во вторую включены 72 пациентки, получавшие лечебно-профилактический ком-плекс сопроводительной терапии. Стоматотоксичность наблюдается в 84,6 – 96,2% и нарастает с увеличением про-веденнях циклов полихимиотерапии, достигая максимального значения на V цикле лечения. CYTOMEGALOVIRUS AND MUMPS AS AN ETIOLOGICAL FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT SIALOLITHIASIS
Studies related to 11 patients with sialolithiasis submandibular salivary glands. All patients on the testimony conducted extirpation infected salivary glands. Material of the biopsy was studied by method of interweaving tissues cultures for presence of persisting cytomegalovirus and mumps virus. Also was conducted immunofermentative blood test for defining specific immune reply by cytomegalovirus and virus mumps for all patients. The results point to availability of aforesaid viruses in salivary tissues.

EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF POLARIZED LIGHT AND PREPARATION OF NITROGEN OXIDE DONOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF CORRECTION ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION AT PATIENTS WITH FIXED ORTHODONTIC TECHNICS
Efficiency of application of polarised light and preparation of nitrogen oxide donor at patients with fixed orthodontic technics for the purpose of correction endothelial dysfunction was investigated. As biochemical markers have been used arginine and citrulline.
It was established, that at patients after fixation of fixed orthodontic technics endothelial dysfunction development of par-adontium tissues have observed. Application of polarized light and the preparation of nitrogen oxide donor in combination gives a therapeutic effect is more pronounced than in isolation.

DETECTION OF MUTATIONS IN RPOB GENE RESPONSIBLE FOR RIFAMPICIN-RESISTANCE AMONG CLINICAL ISOLATES OF M. TUBERCULOSIS FROM DIFFERENT REGIONS OF KAZAKHSTAN
Spectrum of mutations in rpoB gene that cause resistance to one of the main antituberculosis drugs – rifampicin in clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis distributed in 3 regions (Almaty, Kostanay, Kyzylorda) of Kazakhstan was estimated in this study. High frequency of mutation at codon Ser531 of rpoB gene (79,2%) responsible for drug resistance to rifampicin was determined among M. tuberculosis population circulating in the mentioned regions.
