В настоящее время широко используются для водоснабжения подземные воды плиоцен-нижнечетвертичных и палеогеновых отложений, подземные воды поймы и надпойменных террас реки Иртыш и других рек, трещиноватых зон палеозоя. На территории Семейского региона, по состоянию на 01.01.2012, разведаны и утверждены в ГКЗ СССР, ТКЗ, ГКЗ РК месторождения подземных вод, с общими запасами по сумме всех категорий в количестве 3408,285 тыс.мЗ/сут.

АГРЕГАЦИЯ ЭРИТРОЦИТОВ И ЛИПИДНЫЙ СПЕКТР КРОВИ У БОЛЬНЫХ C МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКИМ СИНДРОМОМ1
Изучение влияние лучей лазера на агрегационные свойства эритроцитов по методу Ашкинази у больных с мета-болическим синдромом позволило выявить снижение степени агрегации эритроцитов, что указывает на улучшение реологических свойств крови. Наряду с этим отмечен положительный эффект лазера на показатели липидного обмена.

Hemangioma - congenital formation coming from the blood vessels. Nature of Hemangioma and malformations are close, and tumors. One of the proofs of origin of hemangiomas to neoplastiс processes, is the possibility of spontaneous regression of some tumors. Objective of treatment is to halt the growth of Hemangiomas, elimination of tumour and to achieve the best functional and cosmetically favorable results.

ACUTE CEREBRAL CIRCULATORY DISORDERS IN BABIES
Clinical manifestations of acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies are varied, but in the beginning of the disease the main symptom are the presence of cerebral and focal symptoms. Reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders in babies in most cases were perinatal pathology of pregnant, stress conditions at the age of 1-2 months. The results of pathological-anatomical dissections indicate that 62,5% of cases, reasons acute cerebral circulatory disorders was malformation of cerebral vascular.

THE WAY OF CAPSULATION OF BRONCHIAL FISTULAS AT PULMONARY ECHINOCOCCOSIS AT CHILDREN
The analyses of the results of treatment of 45 children with pulmonary echinococcosis from 1997 to 2013 in the MC SMU (Medical Center State Medical University) of Semey was held.
The patients from control group of patient s (n=37) were taken and their bronchial fistulas were sutured by purse string sutures with double row.
At the patients of main group (n=8) the bronchial fistulas were coated by plate TachoComb.

CHOLEDOCHOTOMY IN URGENT SURGERY OF EXTRA HEPATIC BILE PASSAGES
Choledochotomy in urgent operations for acute cholecystitis has been carried out upon 250patients. Indications for the dissection of the common bile duct in acute cholecystitis are considered. Methods of completion of choledochotomy are dis-cussed. According to the authors data in the patients the external drainage of the common bule duct was done. Immediate and late results of this operation happened to be worse than those following choledochal blind suture or biliodigestive anastomosis choledochotomy. On this basis it is recommtyded to restrict the use of the drainage.

OPTIMIZATION OF TREATMENT OF PYELONEPHRITIS IN PREGNANCY
The clinical efficacy of Canephron N in the complex therapy of pyelonephritis in 35 pregnant women (18-basic group, 17 - control group) has been studied. Before and after the treatment were investigated: clinical and laboratory parameters, urine culture, ultrasound of the kidneys. It has been established that use of Canephron N in combination with antibiotic therapy in pregnant women with pyelonephritis is accompanied by more marked decrease in the frequency of clinical symptoms and significant reduction of leukocytes in urine as compared with the control group (р<0,05).
