ВЛИЯНИЕ ХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ НА ПОДЗЕМНЫЕ ВОДЫ
В настоящее время широко используются для водоснабжения подземные воды плиоцен-нижнечетвертичных и палеогеновых отложений, подземные воды поймы и надпойменных террас реки Иртыш и других рек, трещиноватых зон палеозоя. На территории Семейского региона, по состоянию на 01.01.2012, разведаны и утверждены в ГКЗ СССР, ТКЗ, ГКЗ РК месторождения подземных вод, с общими запасами по сумме всех категорий в количестве 3408,285 тыс.мЗ/сут.

Изучение влияние лучей лазера на агрегационные свойства эритроцитов по методу Ашкинази у больных с мета-болическим синдромом позволило выявить снижение степени агрегации эритроцитов, что указывает на улучшение реологических свойств крови. Наряду с этим отмечен положительный эффект лазера на показатели липидного обмена.

THE MONITORING OF BLOOD DEFECTION AND ITS COMPONENTS
When carrying out a monitoring of defection of a donor blood it is established that absolute defection of a blood and its components was enlarged by 3,9 times. Thus paid donors make 7,6%, and gratuitous 92,4% of total number of absolute defection. The share of infections in structure of absolute defection averages 47,6%. Frequency of occurrence of transfusion and transmissible infections among donors makes 0,6%. Antibodies of HCV, HBS Ag, Luis in 10 times more often are taped at primary donors, than at the repeated.

EXPERIMENTAL JUSTIFICATION OF APPLICATION PULSED ELECTRIC DISCHARGE IN SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ECHINOCOCCUS
The article present data on the clinical and morphological study of application of pulsed electric discharge in the surgical treatment of echinococcosis. Morphological studies were conducted in two stages during the experimental part of the work on the effect of electrical discharge on echinococcosis and during clinical trials. Histological material was represented by two groups-described material to exposure and pulse discharge after treatment. Article is illustrated with photographs.
