ГЕМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИНФУЗИОННО-ТРАНСФУЗИОННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПО ДАННЫМ ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
Проведена оценка центральной и легочной гемодинамики у 72 больных. Исследование показало, что измерение центрального венозного давления в комбинации с эхокардиографией позволяют получить точную информацию о гемодинамике больного во время инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии и предупредить развитие гиперволемии. При ЦВД 30 мм водного столба появляются признаки легочной гипертензии.

Summaries: According to the research, including enterosorbtion by polypefan into treatment of gestational toxicosis im-proves clinico-laboratory indicators – decrease of the rate of weight gain, increase of daily diuresis, absence of the protein in the urine, stabilizes systolic and especially diastolic blood pressure, decreases heart rate and decreases leukocytic index of intoxication.

Immunocorrective action of imunofan in treatment of patients with urogenital chlamidiosis is studied. The research revealed that imunofan stimulates the phagocytosis system and cellular immunity at patients with urogenital chlamidiosis.
