In the first part of the article the author describes the urgency of the problem in terms of the spread of HIV in Kazakhstan and the region. Summaries: According to the research, including enterosorbtion by polypefan into treatment of gestational toxicosis im-proves clinico-laboratory indicators – decrease of the rate of weight gain, increase of daily diuresis, absence of the protein in the urine, stabilizes systolic and especially diastolic blood pressure, decreases heart rate and decreases leukocytic index of intoxication.
