Жыныс жолдардың төменгі бөліктерінің барлық қынап қабыну жұқпалары оның үлесінің ½ келеді. Хламидиялық жұқпа процесінің клиникалық бейнесі жасырын ағыммен және белгілерінің аз болуымен сипатталады. Автором был улучшен микроскопический метод диагностики урогенитального хламидиоза, путем добавления 2% ДМСО, позволивший увеличить чувствительность метода до 30%.

Авторлардың пікірі бойынша ПЦР анализы ПВИ диагностикалауда скрининг ретінде пайдалану қажет, өйткені оның көмегімен қысқа мерзімде адамдардың үлкен топтағы тексеру нәтижелерін алуға болады. Дей тұрғанмен, көп жағдайда ВПЧ ДНК-сын зерттеу нәтижелері инфекцияның бар екенін көрсетеді, ал жатыр мойын қатерлі ісігі болуының болжамын жасай алмайды.
