ПОЛИМЕРАЗНАЯ ЦЕПНАЯ РЕАКЦИЯ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ ВИРУСНЫХ УРОГЕНИТАЛЬНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ
Көрсетілген ПЦР арқылы тексеру нәтижелері адамның папиллома вирусының 16/18 түрін зерттелген аурулардың 10% -де анықталатынын дәлелдейді. Авторлардың пікірі бойынша ПЦР анализы ПВИ диагностикалауда скрининг ретінде пайдалану қажет, өйткені оның көмегімен қысқа мерзімде адамдардың үлкен топтағы тексеру нәтижелерін алуға болады. Дей тұрғанмен, көп жағдайда ВПЧ ДНК-сын зерттеу нәтижелері инфекцияның бар екенін көрсетеді, ал жатыр мойын қатерлі ісігі болуының болжамын жасай алмайды.

УРОГЕНИТАЛЬНАЯ МИКОПЛАЗМЕННАЯ ИНФЕКЦИЯ У ЖЕНЩИН
Бұл жұмыста әйел адамдарды генитальды микоплазмаларға тексеру нәтижелері көрсетілген. M. hominis 48,7% ауру әйелерден және 18,7% сау әйелдерден табылған, Mycoplasma hominis жүкті әйелдердің 1/3 бөлігінен және Ureaplasma spp. 70% анықталған. Алынған нәтижелер ауыр акушерлік және гинекологиялық анамнезі бар әйелдерді жүктілікке дейін микоплазмалық инфекцияға тексеру жүргізу керегін дәлелдейді, сол арқылы жүктілік кезінде кері көрсеткіші бар дәрі –дәрмектерді алдын-ала қолдану арқылы толық жарамды ем жүргізуге мумкіншілік береді.

Introduction: The article presents atherosclerosis theory and modern views on the role of inflammation in atherogenesis.
