ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЯ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ ПЯТОЧНОЙ КОСТИ ПО ГОРОДУ СЕМЕЙ ЗА 2011 ГОД
В данной статье представлен анализ эпидемиологической ситуации переломов пяточной кости в г. Семей за 2011 год. Основные показатели (механизм травмы, пол и возраст пострадавших) сходны с литературными дан-ными. Однако высок процент сложных компрессионных переломов (82,3%) и консервативного лечения гипсовой повязки без скелетного вытяжения (64,7%).

В статье представлены результаты анкетирования 52 больных с переломами диафиза плечевой кости при помощи Оксфордской анкеты и опросника Свансона. Удовлетворенность больных консервативным лечением и после чрескостного остеосинтеза практически одинакова, хотя их анатомические и функциональные показатели были ниже соответствующих показателей погружного остеосинтеза.

The case demonstrates either the diagnostic capability of computed tomography and bronchoscopy, or the effectiveness of the last one in the treatment of such diseases.

CLINICAL VALUE OF DEFINITION OF THE TOTAL, AND FREE, AND 2PRO PROSTATE-SPECIFIC ANTIGEN CANCER OF PROSTATE GLAND
In this article are analysed results of definition of the total, free and 2pro Prostate-Specific Antigen at a histologically es-tablished cancer and good-quality hyperplasia of prostate gland. Definition of free PSA and relationship free PSA to total PSA and heal prostate health index (phi) improve detectability of cancer prostate gland in amount interval from 4,0 to 10,0 ng/ml. At a cancer of prostate gland was observed low percent of free PSA and high percent of phi.
