Острый холецистит в большинстве случаев у больных пожилого и старческого возраста протекает в атипичной форме. При деструктивных формах острого холецистита, осложненного желтухой, перитонитом, холангитом, показана срочная операция.
Запоздалое оперативное вмешательство приводит к тяжелым послеоперационным осложнениям со стороны печени, легких, сердечно - сосудистой системы, эти осложнения становятся причиной летальных исходов.

Применение криосупернатантной фракцией плазмы по сравнению с пациентами, у которых использовался в лечении плазмаферез с возмещением плазмопотери криосупернатантом плазмы, чаще на 33,4% (р<0,001) от-сутствовала мокрота в бронхиальном дереве, и на 35% (р<0,05) чаще наблюдалась бледно-розовая слизистая оболочка.
