В данной работе проведен анализ структуры ВПР (по системам органов) среди новорожденных, родившихся в родильном доме №3 за 2005г.-2010г. Для характеристики здоровья новорожденных взяты три показателя: ча-стота ВПР, уровни заболеваемости и смертности в раннем неонатальном периоде.

ЧАСТОТА ВСТРЕЧАЕМОСТИ ФЕНОТИПИЧЕСКИХ ПРИЗНАКОВ ПРИ ПРОЛАПСЕ МИТРАЛЬНОГО КЛАПАНА СЕРДЦА У ДЕТЕЙ
Целью работы было изучить частоту встречаемости фенотипических признаков дисплазии соединительной ткани, характерных при пролобировании митрального клапана сердца у детей. Комплексное клинико-инструментальное исследование проведено 42 детям с пролапсом митрального клапана и 38 без него. Выражен-ность фенотипических признаков дисплазии соединительной ткани отмечена у 45,2% детей с пролапсом мит-рального клапана, что свидетельствует о генерализованном характере дисплазии.

Introduction. In the structure of malignancies in women breast cancer (BC) takes 1st place. In locally advanced breast cancer (LABC) treatment begins with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (CTX), the standard protocols are CMF, FAC, AC. In the trial, we used cytostatic Arglabin isolated from plants endemic to Central Kazakhstan - wormwood smooth, as monotherapy and as addition to AC-protocol.

CORRELATION ANALYSIS OF DATA USING STATISTICA AND SPSS SOFTWARE
In this paper we present the main principles of correlation analysis using parametric and non-parametric methods. Algorithms for calculations of Pearson’s, Spearmen’s and Kendall’s coefficients using Statistica 10 and SPSS 20 software are presented. Special emphasis is given to interpretation of results of statistical analysis. The article complements, but does not substitute specialized literature on biostatistics and clinical epidemiology.
