На территории Семейского региона, по состоянию на 01.01.2012, разведаны и утверждены в ГКЗ СССР, ТКЗ, ГКЗ РК месторождения подземных вод, с общими запасами по сумме всех категорий в количестве 3408,285 тыс.мЗ/сут.
