Гепато-реналды синдром өлімге әкелетін бауыр циррозының қауіпті асқынуларының біріне жатады. Баяндалған клиникалық оқиға гепато-реналды синдром салдарынан бүйрек жетіспеушілігі мен бауыр комасымен асқынған бауыр циррозының оқиғасын көрсетеді. Бұл мақалада ауру ағымының ауырлығы, симптомдардың өсу динамикасы, клиникалық суреттің ағымы келтіріледі.
