Introduction:
The Great East Japan Earthquake struck in March 2011 and caused an accident at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima Prefecture. The resulting incident became a major topic of discussion around the world. The lives and living situations of some people are still being impacted by that earthquake. Introduction: In the future, detailed studies will need to be performed in Japan in order to devise more effective measures to prevent traffic accidents. Statistical approaches that are applicable not just to Japan but to other countries as well also need to be developed.
