ЭРИТРОЦИТАРЛЫҚ ИЗОАНТИГЕНДЕРДІҢ БАУЫРЦИРРОЗЫНЫҢДАМУЫНАӘСЕРІ
манифестациясы, бауыр биопсиясының кемшіліктері біздің зерттеудің өзектілігін тудырады.
Зерттеудің мақсаты. Бауыр циррозы бар науқастың ұлттық белгiлерiне қарай эритроциттердің изоантигендік күйін аңықтау
Материалдар мен әдістер. Біз жеткілікті сенімділікпен қойылған бауыр циррозы диагнозы бар қазақ және орыс ұлтының 140 науқасында және 272 сау қатысушында венозды қанындағы эритроциттердің АВ0, MNS, P1, CDE жүйелерін зерттедік. Фенотиптік көріністерін жиілігін салыстыру үшін χ2 қолдана отырып, сонымен қатар бірлестіктің күшін анықтау мүмкіндік қатынасы (OR) мен 95% сенімді интервал көрсеткіштерін есептедік.
Нәтижелері. Ұлты қазақ науқастарда 0 (I) фенотипі (OR = 1.917, 95% CI 1,16-3,15) бақылаумен салыстырғанда айтарлықтай жоғары болып табылады. Сонымен қатар MN (OR = 2,86, 95% CI 1,74-4,70), D + (OR = 2,73, 95% CI 1,1- 6,86), CC (OR = 2,15, 95% CI 1,31 - 3,53), ее (OR = 1,85, 95% CI 1.1 - 3.15) фенотиптері бақылау тобымен салыстырғанда жоғары болды. Орыс науқастырының арасында А(II) фенотипін табу мүмкінділігі басқа фенотиптермен салыстырғанда жоғары болды (ОR=2,653, 95% CI 1,063-6,622, р<0,05), соңдай-ақ ММ (ОR=2,879, 95% CI 1,200-6,907), Сс (ОR=6,968, 95% CI 2,581-18,812) және Р1 (OR=3,352, 95% CI 1,383-8,126) фенотиптерін аңықтау мүмкіндіктері айтарлықтай жоғары болды.
Қорытынды. Осылайша, біздің зерттеу қазақ ұлтында 0 (I), MN, D +, СС, ее изоантигендері, ал орыс науқастарында А (II), MM, CC, P1 фенотиптері бауыр циррозы пайда болуымен байланысты екенін анық көрсетті.
