COVID-19 ПАНДЕМИЯСЫ ЖАҒДАЙЫНДА СПОРТШЫЛАРДЫ МЕДИЦИНАЛЫҚ ҚОЛДАУДЫҢ ӨЗЕКТІ МӘСЕЛЕЛЕРІ
Кіріспе: Жоғары жетістіктер спорты - бұл кәсіби өмірінде жоғары физикалық және психологиялық күйзеліске ұшыраған спортшылардың іс-әрекетінің үлгісі. Спортшыларға арналған медициналық көмек көбінесе ерекше жағдайларда ерекше қиындықтар арқылы көрсетіледі. COVID-19 пандемиясының салдары спортшыларды да аяған жоқ. Спортшылардың физикалық және психикалық саулығын қамтамасыз ету - басты мәселе. Спорт дәрігердің рөлі тек медициналық көмек көрсету ғана емес, сонымен қатар барлық спортшыларда сау денеде сау ақыл-ой философиясын насихаттау мен ерекше қамқоршылық, дайындық және көшбасшылықты қамтамасыз ету болып табылады. Мақсаты: COVID-19 пандемиясы аясында спортшыларға медициналық қолдауды ұйымдастыруына байланысты жазылған әдебиет ресурстарына шолу. Іздеу стратегиясы: Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, PubMed, Google Scholar, e-Library.ru, CyberLeninka іздеу жүйелерінен ғылыми жұмыстар мен ақпарат көздерін іздедік. Енгізілген материалдарға қойылған критерийлер: 2015 жылдан бастап шығарылған мақалалар пайдаланылды, бірақ мәселенің жеткіліксіз қамтылуына байланысты және жағдайды толық сипаттау үшін 2010, 2011, 2013 жылдардағы мәліметтер, түпнұсқа мақалалар, әдеби шолулар, мета-анализдер, нормативтік құжаттар; ағылшын және орыс тілдерінде толық мәтіні бар және ашық қол жетімді басылымдар талданды. Шеттету критерийлері: 2010 жылдан ерте жарияланған мақалалар; түсініксіз тұжырымдар, қайталанған жарияланымдары, конференция материалдары және клиникалық жағдайлары бар, негізгі маңыздылығын көрсетпеген дәлелдемелік базасы жоқ материалдар. Іздеу нәтижесінде біз тек 107 шетелдік және отандық басылымдарды анықтадық, оның ішінде 61 басылым осы шолуға енгізілді. Нәтижелер: Әдебиеттерге шолу көрсеткендей, соңғы он жыл ішінде жоғарғы жетістіктер спортымен тығыз байланысты көптеген салаларда күрт өзгерістер болды, бұл спортшыларды медициналық қолдау әдістерін тиісті түрде жаңартуды талап етті. Қорытынды: Жоғары дәрежелі спортшыны дайындаудың барлық кезеңдерінде спорт дәрігерінің рөлі маңызды, кейде шешуші болып табылады. COVID-19 пандемиясы жағдайында медициналық қолдауды ұйымдастыру - бұл әрі қарай зерттеуді қажет ететін өзекті проблема.
