Introduction: Cardiopulmonary arrest is on of the most important causes requiring first aid in big metropolis. This work presents the results of the drug development for external application possessing powerful vasoconstrictive effect and capable to liquidate the acute inflammation phenomenon: edema and hyperemia. To this end, the cream was test-ed with 0.1% content of naphazoline, which proved to be clinically more effective than 1% hydrocortisone ointment.
