Тенденции в развитии сестринского дела значительно усиливают роль медсестры в современной системе здравоохранения. Работники практического здравоохранения подвержены воздействию многочисленных неблагоприятных факторов трудового процесса, что приводит к формированию повышенного уровня заболеваемости у данной профессиональной группы. Однако на здоровье и благополучие медицинских работников влияют не только условия труда, но и ряд других факторов, в частности, модифицируемые и не модифицируемые факторы риска.
