Введение: изучение локомоторной активности крыс широко применяется в экспериментальных научных исследованиях во всем мире. Это связано с тем, что оно считается неотъемлемой частью клинических испытаний. С помощью определения подвижности мы можем оценить воздействие определенного фармакологического препарата, влияние окружающей среды на психо-эмоциональное состояние живого организма. Background: Radiation therapy is a necessary step for the integrated treatment of breast cancer. The traditional scheme of treatment is the use of 2 Gray in 25 fractions to the total focal dose of 50 Gy. However, like any other treatment method, radiation therapy provides a variety of side effects on normal tissue in the irradiated field. В настоящей работе представлены общие сведения о выполнении статистического анализа данных, описываемых номинальными и ранговыми переменными, с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica 10 и SPSS 20. Рассматриваются критерии хи-квадрат Пирсона, поправка Йейтса, точный критерий Фишера, а также батарея статистических критериев для анализа ранговых переменных. The aim of this study is reveal the association of polymorphism of IL10 gene (rs1800896) at 1082 GA position with the erysipelas in Kazakh population.
