ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ СУБЛЕТАЛЬНОЙ ДОЗЫ ГАММА-ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ НА ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКУЮ РЕАКТИВНОСТЬ ОРГАНИЗМА
В эксперименте выявлено, что в отдаленном периоде после действия сублетальной дозы гамма-излучения отмечается повышение субпопуляций Т-лимфоцитов с хелперной активностью и понижение Т-лимфоцитов с су-прессорной активностью. Восстанавливается функциональная способность в клеточном звене иммунитета, повышаются функциональные способности неспецифического фагоцитарного звена иммунитета, и проявляется недостаточность в гуморальном звене иммунитета.

В отдаленном периоде после фракционированного гамма-облучения повышена активность неспецифической фагоцитарной резистентности организма, отмечается дисфункция в гуморальном звене иммунитета, на фоне увеличения общего количества лимфоцитов отмечается повышение пула СД3+, СД4+лимфоцитов, иммунорегу-ляторного индекса, нормализация лимфокинпродуцирующей способности лимфоцитов и снижение пула СД8+ лимфоцитов.
