ОТДАЛЕННЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ ФРАКЦИОНИРОВАННОГО ГАММА-ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ НА ИММУННУЮ СИСТЕМУ ОРГАНИЗМА
В отдаленном периоде после фракционированного гамма-облучения повышена активность неспецифической фагоцитарной резистентности организма, отмечается дисфункция в гуморальном звене иммунитета, на фоне увеличения общего количества лимфоцитов отмечается повышение пула СД3+, СД4+лимфоцитов, иммунорегу-ляторного индекса, нормализация лимфокинпродуцирующей способности лимфоцитов и снижение пула СД8+ лимфоцитов.

Обсуждаются методические приемы с ис-пользованием симуляционного оборудования различного уровня реалистичности.
