МИАСТЕНИЯ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ
Работа посвящена клиническому анализу эффективности применения октагама при миастении по данным неврологического стационара МЦ ГМУ г. Семей. На результатах применения у 30-и пациентов Октагама выяв-лена его определенная эффективность при негрубых побочных эффектах, что позволило сзначительно снизить дозы базовых АХЭП и преднизолона, а также избежать кризовых обострений заболевания. Это позволяет реко-мендовать октагам как препарат выбора при данной патологии с учетом его иммунных и неиммунных быстро наступающих компенсаторных эффектов.

ИЗУЧЕНИЕ БАРЬЕРОВ ДЛЯ ПРОХОЖДЕНИЯ СКРИНИНГА НА РАННЕЕ ВЫЯВЛЕНИЕ ПАТОЛОГИИ ШЕЙКИ МАТКИ В ГОРОДЕ СЕМЕЙ
Целью исследования было изучение барьеров по проведению скрининга на раннее выявление патологии шейки матки. Методы исследования: проведено одномоментное поперечное исследование. Были опрошены 687 женщин в возрасте от 18 до 72 лет в организациях города Семей. Выводы. Основными барьерами для прохождения скрининга на раннее выявление патологии шейки матки в городе Семей была низкая информированность женщин, нехватка времени для визита к гинекологу, очереди.
