ЭТАПНОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ЗАКРЫТЫХ ДИАФИЗАРНЫХ ПЕРЕЛОМОВ КОСТЕЙ ГОЛЕНИ ОДНОПЛОСКОСТНЫМ ЧРЕСКОСТНЫМ ОСТЕОСИНТЕЗОМ
Даная работа основана на результатах лечения 72 больных с закрытыми диафизирными переломами кости голени, обратившихся в травматологическое отделение Больницы скорой медицинской помощи города Семей и в хирургическое отделении военного госпиталя города Семей в период с 2005 до 2009 года. 37 пациентов сформировали основную группу, лечение которых проводилось в соответствии с разработанными методами, 35 человек включены в контрольную группу лечение которых осуществлялось традиционно.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ШТАММОВ Y. ENTEROCOLITICA, ВЫДЕЛЕННЫЕ У БОЛЬНЫХ В ЮЖНО-КАЗАХСТАНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ
Все выделенные от больных штаммы по культуральным, морфологическим и ферментативным свойствам были типичны для возбудителя кишечного иерсиниоза и они относились к серотипам 03, 08, 09. Значительная часть из них (53 из 93) были идентифицированы как серологические варианты 08 и 03. Кроме того, все выделенные штаммы ока-зались чувствительные к биотикам. У 93 больных с иерсиниозом результаты исследования были положительными, то есть были выделены штаммы Y. Enterocolitica.

Одной из особенностей современной эпидемиологической обстановки по туберкулезу являются высокая инфи-цированность населения микобактериями туберкулеза, которая объясняется увеличением резервуара туберкулезной инфекции, обусловленной наличием хронических форм заболевания. Среди наиболее неблагоприятных факторов, снижающих эффективность химиотерапии, следует признать резистентность МБТ туберкулеза к противотубер-кулезным препаратам, характер специфического процесса и побочные реакции на противотуберкулезные препараты.

В статье проанализирована выявляемость туберкулеза и неспецифических заболеваний легких у взрослых по городу Шымкент за 2010-2012г.г. Установлено, что эффективность флюорографических обследований при выявлении туберкулеза снизилась с 43,5 % до 41,0%, а выявляемость туберкулеза бактериоскопическим методом уменьшилась с 24,6% до 19,7 %. Вместе тем удельный вес выявленных по обращаемости достиг 58,0%, или свыше половины первичных больных, таким образом роль общей лечебной сети в выявлении туберкулеза не снижается а наоборот возрастает.
