Основными принципами реабилитации являются: раннее начало реабилитационных мероприятий, систематич-ность и длительность, что возможно при хорошо организованном поэтапном построении реабилитации, комплексность, мультидисциплинарность, адекватность реабилитационных мероприятий, активное участие в реабилитации самого больного, его близких и родных. Важность ранней реабилитации связана с тем, что к комплексному восста-новительному лечению нужно приступать уже через неделю после возникновения инсульта, если отсутствуют проти-вопоказания.
