Main aim of therapy of AH is maximal decreasing of risk of development of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
This lecture includes data about pharmacodynamics and therapeutic efficiency of dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker Lerkamen, its advantages, indications and contraindications, metabolic neutrality, organ protection.

The main purpose of this research was a creation of ways for optimization of care model for residents of "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city on the basis of the complex examination results. The project has been carried out through the work of the scientific and practical Nursing School.
