Viral hepatitis is one of the serious problems of Hepatology in the world. Chronic viral hepatitis known to exhibit a higher susceptibility to transformation into cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. In this review article is examine the issues of predicting the transformation of viral hepatitis B and C into liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

At present, in Kazakhstan financial support to the children with disabilities and their families is provided by means of block-funding, in which all recipients get fixed amount of money regardless their needs. As an alternative to block-funding, a range of developed nations (Australia, UK, USA and Canada) introduced the individual budgeting of disability.

Social and demographic characteristics of females abandoned their children help us to understand that "social" causes of abandonment which are placed in the first row are not always the true causes. The deep analisys reveals a range of problems including upbringing and psychological readiness for maternity, the grounds of which are formed in early childhood.
