ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ПАРАПРОКТИТА У ГРУДНЫХ ДЕТЕЙ
На основании изучения результатов лечения 167 новорожденных и грудных детей с парапроктитом, установлено, что хирургическое лечение парапроктита целесообразно осуществлять одновременно с коррекцией дисбиотических расстройств.

Представлены результаты анализа релапаротомии по поводу ранней спаечной кишечной непроходимости после аппендэктомии у 50 больных.
Предложенный комплекс лечебных мероприятий, включающий оперативное лечение и интубацию кишечника в сочетании с дроперидолом позволяет улучшить результаты лечения ранней спаечной кишечной непроходимости у детей.
