Thus, the health assessment of the persons living in social establishments is an important aspect of social medicine. Structure analysis of morbidity and disability among the residents of KSU'S "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city will allow optimize basic directions of prophylaxis and care methods.
