Продемонстрированный нами случай быстро прогрессирующей мультифокальной лейкоэнцефалопатии с ле-тальным исходом на фоне выраженного иммунодефицита у больного СПИДом, подтверждает необходимость свое-временной антиретровирусной терапии, как единственного способа профилактики данной патологии с неразрабо-танными методами специфической профилактики и этиотропного лечения.

Проведен опыт на 27 здоровых кроликах. 22-м кроликам проводилась внутривенная инфузия физиологического раствора в разных объемах. У всех 27 кроликов брались гистологические микропрепараты органов: головной мозг, сердце, легкие, печень и почки. У всех кроликов выявлено исходное отрицательное центральное венозное давление (ЦВД) от -4,8±0,9 до -10,2±1,6 мм водного столба. CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN ORGANS OF RABBITS AT INTRAVENOUS INFUSION
Experiment was performed on 27 healthy rabbits. To 22 rabbits the intravenous infusion of normal saline solution was done in different amounts. At all 27 rabbits the histology preparations were taken: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys. All rabbits showed negative initial central venous pressure (CVP) from -4,8±0,9 to - 10,2±1,6 mm of water column. This research was based on the results of treatment of 72 patients with closed fractures of shaft of shin bone treated in the traumatological department of the Semey city emergency hospital and in the surgical department of the military hospital of the city of Semey during the period from 2005 till 2009. Out of 72 under consideration 37 patients formed the basic group whose treatment was conducted according to the developed methods and the rest 35 men included in the control group were treated traditionally.

THE TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF LONG TUBULAR BONES OF THE EXTREMITIES BY TRANSOSSEUS OSTHEOSYNTHESIS
The work is based on the study of 196 patients with fractures of long tubular bones, treatment of whom have been realized according to the worked methods (А.s. №№ 14616, 16139, 15909, 8587, 10501 of RK). It has turned out well to lower an inflammation of soft tissues around pins at usage of the indicated methods on 20,7%, delayed consolidation on 4,6%, to shorten time of treatment and disablement on 1-1,5 months.

FIRST EXPERIENCE OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE
This article describes the first results of surgical treatment of coronary heart disease in the Medical Centre of Semey State Medical University. The features selection course and outcome of surgery on a beating heart and using heart lung machine. Revealed and substantiated (justified) the necessity of application ultrahaemofiltration blood during surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass more than 150 min. On the basis conducted research the authors propose to pay attention to release the restriction on financing guaranteed volume tertiary care cardiac surgery patients of Semey region.
