СЛУЧАЙ РАЗВИТИЯ ПРОГРЕССИРУЮЩЕЙ МУЛЬТИФОКАЛЬНОЙ ЛЕЙКОЭНЦЕФАЛОПАТИИ (ПМЛ) У БОЛЬНОГО С СОЧЕТАННОЙ ПАТОЛОГИЕЙ ВИЧ И ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗ
Продемонстрированный нами случай быстро прогрессирующей мультифокальной лейкоэнцефалопатии с ле-тальным исходом на фоне выраженного иммунодефицита у больного СПИДом, подтверждает необходимость свое-временной антиретровирусной терапии, как единственного способа профилактики данной патологии с неразрабо-танными методами специфической профилактики и этиотропного лечения.

Проведен опыт на 27 здоровых кроликах. 22-м кроликам проводилась внутривенная инфузия физиологического раствора в разных объемах. У всех 27 кроликов брались гистологические микропрепараты органов: головной мозг, сердце, легкие, печень и почки. У всех кроликов выявлено исходное отрицательное центральное венозное давление (ЦВД) от -4,8±0,9 до -10,2±1,6 мм водного столба. CENTRAL VENOUS PRESSURE AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN ORGANS OF RABBITS AT INTRAVENOUS INFUSION
Experiment was performed on 27 healthy rabbits. To 22 rabbits the intravenous infusion of normal saline solution was done in different amounts. At all 27 rabbits the histology preparations were taken: brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys. All rabbits showed negative initial central venous pressure (CVP) from -4,8±0,9 to - 10,2±1,6 mm of water column.
