ГЕМОДИНАМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ИНФУЗИОННО-ТРАНСФУЗИОННОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПО ДАННЫМ ЭХОКАРДИОГРАФИЧЕСКОГО ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
Проведена оценка центральной и легочной гемодинамики у 72 больных. Исследование показало, что измерение центрального венозного давления в комбинации с эхокардиографией позволяют получить точную информацию о гемодинамике больного во время инфузионно-трансфузионной терапии и предупредить развитие гиперволемии. При ЦВД 30 мм водного столба появляются признаки легочной гипертензии.

In this article we present theoretical basis for conducting multivariable logistic regression analysis for predicting one dichotomous outcome based on several independent variables using the SPSS software.
