КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ТИПЫ ЧАСТО БОЛЕЮЩИХ ДЕТЕЙ ГОРОДА СЕМЕЙ
В зависимости от течения ОРЗ нами были выявлены два клинических типа часто болеющих детей. Для пер-вого клинического типа характерна высокая кратность ОРЗ, Jоз - от 0,67 и выше, выраженная интоксикация и лихорадка, бронхообструктивный синдром, затяжной кашель в периоде реконвалесценции, осложнения в виде бронхитов и пневмонии; для второго клинического типа характерна меньшая кратность острых заболеваний, Jоз - от 0,33 до 0,67, затяжное и волнообразное течение, затяжной ринит в периоде реконвалесценции с осложнениями со стороны ЛОР-органов.

Structure analysis of morbidity and disability among the residents of KSU'S "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city will allow optimize basic directions of prophylaxis and care methods.
