В Казахстане доля людей старше 60 лет увеличилось на 120 тыс.человек за последнее десятилетие. У по-жилых людей много проблем и первое место занимает здоровье. Таким образом, оценка состояния здоровья лиц, проживающих в социальных учреждениях – важный аспект социальной медицины. Анализ структуры заболевае-мости и инвалидности среди жителей КГУ «МСУ для престарелых и инвалидов общего типа» г. Семей позволит оптимизировать основные направления профилактики и меры ухода за проживающими в учреждении.

The article presents results of the original research on the improvement of quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure by means of optimization of nursing care.
