Цитокиновая регуляция иммунного ответа при туберкулезе легких
Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что показатели естественного иммунитета обнару-живают различные значения в зависимости от клинической формы туберкулеза легких. То же касается иммунного статуса. При фиброзно-кавернозном туберкулезе легких выявилось наличие достоверной отрицательной коррелятивной связи между внутриклеточным содержанием катионных белков и концентрацией МПО в сыворотке крови. При других формах туберкулеза эта закономерность не отмечалась. Установлено, что более интенсивная дегрануляция азурофильных гранул нейтрофильных гранулоцитов происходит за счет МПО. Активность...
